Morning Flow

This vinyasa style class is designed to awaken your body and get you energized for your day. With plenty of variations offered, this class is for all levels. Come flow with us!

An ideal choice for beginners or those seeking to gain more movement, flexibility, and stability in their body. This is a hatha style class focused on taking it slow with smooth transitions and long holds in the poses.

Rejuvenate and Reset

This class is focused on unwinding after a long day. Enjoy releasing the stress and tension of everyday life. This vinyasa class will invigorate and rejuvenate your mind and body and loosen any built-up tension. Similar to our morning flow with plenty of variations to accommodate all levels.

Beginning Yoga

If you have never tried yoga before or have just started on your journey, this is the class for you! We will take things slow as we move through the basic poses and proper alignment.

Fire Flow

If you’re looking for something more challenging, try fire flow. This class is best suited for the more seasoned practitioner who has a solid foundation in the basic poses. It focuses on building strength and flexibility through a more vigorous vinyasa flow.
